The IC200ALG620, designed by General Electric (GE Fanuc, now Emerson Automation), is a high-precision RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) input module in the VersaMax I/O series. It acquires temperature signals from up to four 3-wire or 4-wire RTD sensors, converting resistance changes into 16-bit digital data for PLC processing. The module provides excitation current for RTDs internally, eliminating the need for external power supplies. It delivers accurate, stable, and noise-immune temperature measurement for industrial process control and monitoring applications.
