The GE Fanuc IS200ERIOH1ABB is a Remote I/O (RIO) interface module for the Mark VIe turbine control system. This module enables the Mark VIe controller to communicate with and control remote I/O racks located up to several hundred meters away from the main control chassis. It uses a high-speed serial communication link (typically RS-485 or fiber optic) to transmit I/O data between the main chassis and the remote racks, significantly reducing the amount of field wiring required.
