The IC697BEM713 is a core bus expansion module for the GE Series 90-70 PLC platform. Installed in the main CPU rack, it extends the system I/O capacity by connecting up to 7 additional remote racks, enabling large-scale distributed control. It integrates a high-speed parallel programming port and a daisy-chain expansion port, eliminating the need for hardware jumpers and supporting full software configuration. It uses Belden 9182 cable for reliable bus communication.
